Blind housing and slats

The Extrabloc housing, made of PVC profiles, offers a great advantage in comparison with other housings on the market, which is its accessory set that allows a quick operation of the blinds. In the case of damage or breakage, the change is performed quickly and with no bother for the client.

This system is patented and is unique on the market. The blind can also be motorised without having to modify the housing. The finishes on the Extrabloc housing are all the standard RAL finishes and wood finishes (see colour availability). The Extrabloc housing measurements are 170×170 mm and 205×205 mm.

In the cases where the housing is on the outside, the cover can be made of aluminium. The Extrabloc housing mechanism can be activated by reel tape, winder, cardan joint or motor. The Rounded Extrabloc housing includes all of the advantages of the conventional Extrabloc housing with two features: the rounded form of the housing’s interior cover and the possibility of including EPS inside, which increases its thermal and acoustic features.

The Minicur 43 slat is made with an aluminium profile that holds polyurethane inside. It weighs 2.38kg/sq.m., and measures 43 mm high. The maximum recommended size is 2,400 mm wide and 2,600 mm high. The P-39 slat is made of a rigid PVC profile. It weighs 2.756kg/sq.m., and measures 39mm high. The maximum recommended size is 1,400mm wide and 2,200mm high. The finishes on the slats are all the standard RAL finishes and wood finishes (see colour availability).
