The purpose of the Whistleblowing Channel is to protect whistleblowers from possible crimes or serious or very serious administrative infractions of which they have been aware in the workplace, as well as to improve the transparency and ethics that should govern the behavior of people and organizations. companies in society.
The Complaints Channel is the confidential mechanism made available to Alsaplas employees included in the subjective scope described in article 3 of Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of people who report regulatory infractions. and the fight against corruption, specifically on possible crimes or infractions established in article 2 of the aforementioned law.
Alsaplas has implemented an Internal Information System, identifying a person responsible for it, and has drafted an Internal System Policy, based on the principles of confidentiality and anonymity, transparency and accessibility, respect for the presumption of innocence, protection of the complainant. and continuous improvement.
To this end, the company has put in place a Complaints Channel for workers consisting of the following email address:
canaldedenuncia@alsaplas.com in which the complaint will be notified. It can also be done verbally, through voice recording, sending it to the same email address or you can request to do it in person.
The email will be responded to within a maximum period of 7 days requesting information on the fundamental aspects of the complaint. Anonymity is optional for the complainant, in which case the complainant must ensure that the source email address does not allow the identification of the complainant, and does not contain names or any identifying information.
The complaint, once the necessary data has been collected, will be investigated within the internal information system, guaranteeing confidentiality, anonymity where appropriate, the protection of personal data, and respect for the presumption of innocence. The absence of retaliation against the complainant is also guaranteed, for which they must be filed in good faith and with evidence of truthfulness.
The personal data related to the complaint will be processed for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes previously reported and in no case will personal data that is not necessary for the knowledge and investigation of the reported conduct be processed.
At any time you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, opposition and portability by sending an email to the Alsaplas Data Protection Officer indicating in either case the right you are exercising.
Likewise, you have the right to go to other external information channels that may be enabled for this purpose by the different public bodies and, where appropriate, before the institutions, bodies or organizations of the European Union.
